About the Founder and Partner
Chuck Kostalnick is the Founder and Partner of CFK Supply Chain Logistics, LLC, providing executive advisory services focused on supply chain logistics, strategic growth, and business transformation. He brings decades of leadership experience advising and operating within complex global supply chain ecosystems across technology distribution, manufacturing services, and integrated logistics environments.
Prior to founding CFK, Kostalnick held senior executive leadership roles at Arrow Electronics, Sanmina, Avnet Embedded, and Bell Micro. At Arrow Electronics he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategic Business Development Officer and previously as Chief Supply Chain Logistics and Procurement Officer. In that role he led global logistics operations, procurement, and integration services while helping scale inventory capacity from $4.5 billion to more than $17 billion and expanding the company’s global logistics infrastructure.
Through CFK Supply Chain Logistics, Kostalnick advises CEOs, leadership teams, and private equity portfolio companies on strengthening supply chain performance, executing growth strategies, and leading operational transformation initiatives. His advisory work combines practical executive leadership experience with an extensive global network developed over decades across the technology and supply chain industries.
